View past inspections & check outside vehicles

Look at past inspections

1. Tap “Inspect”, then “Past Inspections”.
2. Pick the vehicle.
3. Tap an inspection in the list to open it.
4. You’ll see who did it, the date, the mileage, and every check result (read-only — you can’t change a finished inspection).

Inspect a vehicle that isn’t in the system (3rd party)

Use this for a customer, rental or contractor vehicle that isn’t in your fleet list.

1. Tap “Inspect”, then “3rd Party”, then “New 3rd Party Inspection”.
2. Type the registration/plate, make and model (these are required). Add year or extra details if you like.
3. Choose an inspection template and tap “Create 3rd Party Inspection”.
4. Fill it in the same way as a normal check, then submit.
